What Is Gold Plated?

 Gold plating is the process where a thin layer of gold is bonded to a base metal. Our brand offers gold plated jewelry over stainless steel or sterling silver. This process can be done electrical or chemical. Gold plating is often done to give the look of real gold without the expensive price.

Will It Tarnish?

Over time gold plating will experience discoloration due to exposure to chemicals and moisture. however with proper care gold plating can last up to 2 years. This means less exposure to harsh elements and properly cleaning your jewelry. We have include  jewelry care tips with each order to help maintain your jewels. 

Is It Hypoallergenic?

Hypoallergenic jewelry contain materials that are less likely to cause irritation to the skin. Most common irritants that are sensitive to the skin are Nickel, Copper and Lead. Our jewels contain little to none of these materials. However if your jewelry plating wore thin and has been exposed to a lot of harsh elements your skin will be exposed to the base metal.

Can I Change/Cancel My Order?

Orders cannot be altered after they have been received, However you can cancel before we have sent out a shipping conformation email to you. Once items are shipped all sales are final.
