Shipping policy

Shipped Orders

After your orders have been shipped we are not responsible for unanticipated days due to bad weather conditions. We are not liable for any unsuccessful delivery attempts due to incomplete/wrong address or uncollected parcels.

Only upon official conformation from the postal service will we refund missing or lost parcels. 

Standard U.S Shipping : Allow 5-7 business days (not including weekends and holidays) before ALL orders  to handled, processed and shipped out. First class mail takes up to 1-3 business days to be delivered for US domestic address, this will start after processing order. We ship all orders via USPS.

After your order is placed you will receive a tracking information via email once the order has been shipped out. Here at JamarieJewels we are not responsible for delayed transit caused by delivery carriers. 

Handling Times

As a small business we aim to package every order with care. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order.

Cancel My Order

All sales are final. Although if you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel within 24 hours before we have sent your shipping info via email to you.
