Returns

All sales are final. Although if you happened to receive the wrong order or your purchase is damaged a refund or exchange will be offered. 

Damages And Issues 

If you have a purchase that needs to be returned contact us immediately or within 3 days of receiving your package. Please email us at jasmariejewels@gmail.com with the subject line RETURN and #ORDER NUMBER. Also include a picture of your item you received and state the reason you would like to return. Our team will be happy to help resolve any issues. Please allow us 1-3 working days to process our request.

All returns must be unaltered, undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. We will notify you the rejection or approval of your return after it has been inspected. If approved your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the process to take place. 

Exchanges

We only exchange items that are damage or if you have received the wrong order.

You are responsible for paying for the shipping cost for your items. Shipping cost are non- refundable. The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund if you happened to receive a return from us.
